This prior information notice and the documents annexed to it describe the scope of the public contract that the Société Fédérale de Participation et d’Investissement (hereinafter referred to as SFPIM) intends to launch in order to designate a private partner (hereinafter referred to as the DRFM Facilitator), with a view to establishing a DRFM Partnership Agreement between, a company to be created by the DRFM Facilitator (the FBR OpCo), with a company to be created by SFPIM (the FBR PubCo) and the Beneficiary Entities (as final beneficiaries of the partnership) for the implementation of DRFM Identified Projects within the DRFM Programme.
