1. Разработване на работен проект. Работният проект следва да е с обхват и съдържание съгласно нормативните изисквания на Наредба № 4/2001 г. за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти, а така също и специфичните изисквания на проекта.
Изпълнителят следва да представи работен проект за обновяване най-малко в следния обхват: Част В и К; /технологична, Част Пътна / ВОБД; Част Геодезия, Част Пожарна безопасност; Част План за безопасност и здраве; Част План за управление на строителните отпадъци; Част ПСД. Авторски надзор за обект: „Инженеринг-проектиране, изпълнение на СМР и авторски надзор на обектa, Изготвяне на екзекутивна документация и кадастрални заснемания на целия обект съгласно Закона за кадастъра и имотния регистър, Изпълнение на СМР.
