Description

Preparation of a project proposal for applications under the project selection procedure ‘Design and construction of composting installations for separately collected green and/or biodegradable waste, including the provision of the necessary equipment and facilities and equipment for the separate collection of green and biodegradable waste’ under the Operational Programme Environment 2020-2014, including the implementation of the following activities: Activity 1. Preparation of waste generation forecasts (with a detailed mass balance) and analysis of waste management infrastructure. Activity 2. Prepare a survey on the attitudes of the population to be served by the composting plant towards the separate collection of biodegradable waste, the attitudes of the population towards the use of waste compost, the awareness of the population of the need to provide the necessary quantities of green and biodegradable municipal waste. Activity 3. Preparation of pre-investment studies (PIP) and a conceptual design for the composting installation and accompanying infrastructure. Activity 4. Production of documents related to the management of compost – a plan for the use of the resulting final product – compost, a compost quality control scheme and a residual waste treatment plan. Activity 5. Preparation of a cost-benefit analysis. Activity 6. Providing expert assistance during the preparation of the project proposal. Activity 7. Preparation of an OPE application form and other relevant documents. Activity 8. Preparation of search documents.
