Description

Time limit for performance of the contract: 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of conclusion of the contract. All types of medicinal products are described in detail in the technical specification – Annex 1 to this dossier. The technical specification is in line with the Positive Drug List maintained on the website of the Ministry of Health Register, Annex No 2 to OCTOBER 2024, up-to-date on the same date. The tenderer may submit a tender for one, more than one or all of the lots. No variants are allowed in the offer. The public contract is awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender for the award criteria ‘lowest price’ per lot, in BGN, excluding VAT. The procedure for opening, examining, evaluating and ranking tenders is carried out in accordance with Article 104 of the PPA and Chapter V, Section VIII of the PPZOP. On the basis of Article 104(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the Commission will examine the tenders received in an ‘inverted order’ governed by Article 61 of the PPZOP.
