Description

New Kita in Leezen The Kita should offer space for three groups: 2 crèche groups and 1 elementary group. At the request of the municipality, the design allows a future expansion of 1 elementary group on the property. Without extension, the new kindergarten has space for 20 U3 children and 22 Ü3 children. The building is built as a sustainable wooden skeleton with a clear, modular structure. The structure follows a logical, architecturally legible tectonics: Two large frames with south-facing cantilevers rhythmize the room and carry the wide, flat pitched gable roof over the porch and central access area.
