The subject of the investment is the conclusion of a works contract with Námestie kráľa svätého Štefana 2, 936 01 Šahy, Slovakia, parcel number: 1684/2 (Slovakia, 936 01 Ipolyság, Szent István Király tér 2., hrsz: 1684/2) carrying out works on real estate located on site, as specified in the technical content and unpriced budget included in the Public Procurement Documents. As part of the present investment, the conservation and structurally ready construction of the granary building will take place. The detailed task description for the works is included in the technical specifications, design documentation and unpriced budget provided as part of the procurement documents.
