Description

La présente consultation vise la passation d'un accord-cadre négocié avec mise en concurrence préalable, en application des articles 26.2o, 74, et 78 du DRMP, ayant pour objet la fourniture de solution aqueuse à base d'urée (AUS 32) pour les autobus de la RTM. L'accord-cadre mono-attributaire à passer est conclu sans montant maximum d'engagement, (en vertu de l'article 78 du Drmp) exécuté pour partie par l'émission de bons de commande et pour partie par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Le montant minimum d'engagement est de 120 000 EUR HT sur la durée initiale de l'accord-cadre, soit 4 ans, et de 30 000 EUR HT pour chaque année de reconduction.
