Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die vollständige Planung und Ausführung der Sanierung, des Teilabbruchs und der Erweiterung des Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-Gymnasiums in Wiehl durch einen Totalunternehmer. Der Auftragnehmer wird auf Basis einer funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung gem. § 7c EU VOB/A tätig und übernimmt neben sämtlichen Planungs- und Ausführungsleistungen auch definierte Wartungsleistungen über einen Zeitraum von 4 Jahren ab Abnahme der Bauleistungen.
