The subject-matter of the contract includes the renewal of software support for a log collection and analysis system, IBM Qradar SIEM, for the needs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).’ The Contractor shall provide the following maintenance parameters for the period up to 31.12.2026: • Updating products; • Updating products, signatures and definitions; • Email support; • Open an unlimited number of cases to the manufacturer.
