Description

The present contract concerns, in summary, the need for training for the target group of the Prematching department. The target group of jobseekers may have a low self-image, no rhythm, social isolation and/or other obstructive beliefs. It is a target group that cannot work directly. There may be problems (psychological and/or psychosocial) that hinder or have a negative impact on finding work. Training courses specifically aimed at strengthening their own capabilities, energy, confidence and self-vision are desirable. The aim of this contract is therefore to provide the target group with training in order to prevent or reduce the psychological and/or psychosocial problems that hinder or have a negative impact on finding work. Training shall be based on the strength and capabilities of the jobseekers.
