Description

The Amsterdam Transport Region wishes to conclude an agreement with one contractor for the execution of the work with regard to the recruitment, (pre-)selection and/or administrative handling of external hiring and the provision of support in minimizing (labour) law risks. For more information, see the tender documents. All operators meeting the requirements are invited to submit a tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and/or by relying on third parties and/or subcontractors. The need for external hiring is inherently dynamic. It is expected that the hiring requirement will consist of 35 placements per year, totalling approximately 30,000 hours of hiring per year. The volume of the contract is estimated at approximately € 2,800,000 (excluding VAT) per year. This amount relates to the hourly rates of the candidates including the fixed hourly mark-up. The total size (including any extensions, bringing the duration to a maximum of 4 years) has been estimated at € 11,200,000 (excluding VAT). The contract value over the total duration of the contract is capped at 150% of the estimated size, i.e. € 16,800,000 (excluding VAT). The aforementioned scope is only intended as an indication.
