Description

The Reunion Region has chosen to invest in the education and training of young Reunionese, in order to offer everyone optimal conditions for success, a diversified training offer, qualifications adapted to the needs of the territory, chosen paths and local support for a true equality of opportunities. In order to promote the blue economy with a promising future, the Reunion Region has decided to build the future high school dedicated to the Sea Trades on the city of Le Port. This establishment will develop on a regional land bordering the Lycée Léon de Lépervanche and currently occupied by the Centre Inter-consulaire Régional de Formation à l'Industrie et aux Métiers (CIRFIM) of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Réunion (CCIR) under the name "CIRFIM". Design studies are currently at the Project (PRO) stage. The operation is scheduled in three main phases according to the forecast phasing below: PHASE 0: preliminary works - start in March 2025 - delivery October 2025 - NOT CONCERNED BY THIS OPINION - This phase should allow the release of the rights-of-way of the project, by the deconstruction after asbestos removal and removal of the buildings located on the land right-of-way, the diversion of the networks present on the plot, the realization of the bus parking of the technical roads and a temporary parking. Work and consultations for this first PHASE 0 are ongoing and do not concern this pre-information notice. PHASE 1: external buildings - start October 2025 - delivery July 2027 - This phase should allow the opening of the external functions of the high school and sports platforms covered at the start of the 2027 school year: reception, administration, management, teachers' rooms, classrooms/TP/TD, workshops, catering, high school students' house, outdoor covered multi-sports platform. PHASE 2: boarding school buildings and sports equipment - start-up March 2027 - delivery June 2028 - This last phase will allow the delivery of boarding schools, all sports equipment and official housing.
