Description

The subject of the contract is the implementation of active protection measures, including: felling of trees and shrubs (work area: about 2 ha) in the Łężczok nature reserve, located in the Racibórz and Nędza communes in the Racibórz district. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ). The other conditions relating to the performance of the contract are set out in the ‘Draft provisions of the contract’ (PPU), which constitute Annex 2 to the FTZ. Requirements related to the performance of the contract in terms of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the activities specified by the Ordering Party in terms of the performance of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277): The customer does not specify any requirements.
