The subject matter of the contract is the provision of cleaning, cleaning and related services (hereinafter referred to as ‘the subject matter of the contract’) in premises and facilities managed and used by the contracting authority, which comprise the Košice Support Centre (hereinafter referred to as ‘CPKE’) and the Prešov Support Centre (hereinafter referred to as ‘CPPO’), as further specified in the relevant provisions of the documentation describing the subject matter of the contract. The subject of the contract is also activities related to the provision and regular replenishment of hygiene supplies for the purpose of their consumption by employees of the contracting authority. The price offer submitted by the tenderer must include the complex costs of providing the subject-matter of the contract, including the costs of consumables, accessories, technical equipment, staff capacity, transport, personal protective equipment and uniform clothing for staff (e.g. t-shirts or vests of the same colour with the tenderer’s logo/business name visible) meeting hygiene and aesthetic criteria, and other costs necessary for providing the subject-matter of the contract to the extent required.
