Description

As part of the support for construction measures for top-class sports in accordance with the funding guidelines for sports facilities construction - FR Construction of the state of Brandenburg, an extension, renovation and modernization of the BMX race track in the area of the sports facility Parzellenstraße, 03050 Cottbus is to be carried out. As a result, the existing sports facility is to be adapted to current national and international requirements in the field of BMX race competitive sports in order to promote the further development of the federal base and to increase the promotion of sporting talents (national and national entry). For a close-to-competition training in the elite area, a BMX race track with a 5-m-high and 10-m-wide and 8-m-high and 6-m-wide ramp oriented to the world association Union Cycliste Internationale / UCI standard is necessary. Three curve areas with 4 units are also required. Installations of the technical and social infrastructure must also be taken into account and are to be rebuilt. The existing lighting shall be optimised and, if necessary, extended. Furthermore, a time recording and a video recording should be made possible and the connection to the Internet should be ensured. In addition, a children's pump track is to be planned in the area. The area is a municipal area (approx. 7,000 m2) and former contaminated site site. The existing plant dates from 2007 - 2008 and currently only meets the criteria listed above on a pro rata basis (e.g. prescribed spacing areas). The construction work must be carried out within a fairly short time horizon, as the sports facilities of the city of Cottbus have no alternative options. Since the international UCI standard is to be adhered to, it may be necessary for the planner to be confident in his handling of the English language (word and writing). Based on the guidelines for sustainable building of the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community, aspects of economy, ecology, socio-cultural and functional quality as well as technical quality and process quality are also to be considered in this building project (no certification required). Among other things, accessibility must be checked and the construction measure must be carried out with a view to conserving natural resources - during the construction phase and during the period of use. The start of planning is scheduled for Q1 2025 with the aim of a short planning phase until completion at the latest by the end of 2026. For the realization of this construction project, the use of subsidies is planned, which prescribes compliance with funding guidelines and practical rules. The award of construction services (VOB services) is carried out in small parts and by trade.
