Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa routerów wraz z migracją na potrzeby Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Dolnośląskiego.
2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki jego realizacji Zamawiający określił w projekcie umowy, stanowiącym wraz ze Szczegółowym Opisem Przedmiotu Umowy załącznik nr 7 do SWZ.
3. Z Wykonawcą, któremu udzielone zostanie zamówienie Zamawiający zawrze umowę o zamówienie publiczne.
4. W niniejszym postępowaniu Zamawiający nie określa wymagań w zakresie zatrudnienia na podstawie stosunku pracy, w okolicznościach, o których mowa w art. 95 ustawy Pzp, oraz wymagań w zakresie zatrudnienia osób, o których mowa w art. 96 ust. 2 pkt 2 ustawy Pzp.
