Bei dem Projekt handelt es sich um einen Neubau einer viergeschossigen, fünfzügigen, staatlichen Realschule mit Dreifachsporthalle und Tribüne, Tiefgarage und einem eingeschossigen Haus für Kinder für drei Kinderkrippen- und zwei Kindergartengruppen, sowie der gesamten Außenanlagen; Franz-Mader-Straße, München Das Gebäude ist in folgende Bauteile unterteilt: - Realschule 5-zügig mit Mensa und Wohnung THV (RS) - Dreifachsporthalle mit Tribüne und Vereinssportnutzung - für ca. 200 Personen (SH) - Tiefgarage mit Wechselnutzung - 25 Stellplätze (TG) - Haus für Kinder mit 3 Kinderkrippen- und 2 Kindergartengruppen (HfK) Gewerk: Maler-und Lackierarbeiten
