Contractor’s declaration in the form of the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) attached as Annex 3 to the SPC; 3.1. in the case of joint procurement by Contractors, the declaration shall be submitted by each of the Contractors jointly applying for the contract; 3.2. An economic operator which relies on the resources of other entities in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion against them and, in so far as it relies on resources, satisfies the conditions for participation in the procedure shall also submit a declaration. 4.
