Description

The purpose of this contract is to carry out the upstream diagnosis and draw up the associated micropollutant reduction action plan, as required by the technical note of 24 March 2022. In accordance with Article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this consultation is combined as follows: -Lot 1: Regulatory water analyses and controls (M2021-049L1) –Lot 2: Regulatory analyses and controls of sludge (M2021-049L2) –Lot 3: Analyses of discharges of dangerous substances into water, sludge and natural environments (M2022-014) –Lot 4: Carrying out analyses as part of an upstream diagnosis and action plans for the reduction of micropollutants on the Troyes Barberey sewerage system This consultation concerns only lot 4. Lots 1, 2 and 3 have already been consulted. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code, each lot will give rise to the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with order forms. The holder of the framework agreement will be consulted, whenever a need arises, by issuing order forms, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Pursuant to Article R.2162-4-2° of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum amount of €400,000 excluding VAT. The period of validity of this contract shall run from the date of its notification for a period of 18 months. The service will be triggered by issuing an order form. The contractor must comply with the campaign intervals laid down in the CCTP and with any information laid down in the order form. The scope of the study covers the entire collection area of the Troyes Barberey wastewater treatment plant. This collection network is spread over 20 municipalities as follows: Troyes, Saint Parres aux Tertres, Saint Léger near Troyes, Saint Julien les Villas, Saint germain, Saint André les Vergers, Sainte Savine, Rosières near Troyes, Pont Sainte Marie, Moussey, Les Noes near Troyes, La Rivière de Corps, La Chapelle Saint Luc, Isle Aumont, Buchères, Bréviandes, Lavau, Sainte Pouange, Creney near Troyes and Villechétif A visit of the premises is mandatory (see article 3-4 of the RC).
