Maintenance des installations suivantes : - Installations de fluides, eau froide et eau industrielle - Installations système récupération d'eau pluviale - Installations et Réseaux d'eau d'Incendie Armé (RIA) - Installations et réseaux d'eau chaude sanitaire et bouclage - Installations réseaux d'évacuation - Installations avec adoucisseur et chloration - Installations ventilation/extraction d'air - Installations centrales à savon et réseau de distribution - Installation avec disconnecteurs - Systèmes de chloration réseau d'adduction d'eau potable et analyseur de nitrate Les installations suivantes sont exclues des Prestations du Contrat : - Les réseaux d'eau adoucie après l'adoucisseur qui alimente le remplissage du réseau CVC, - Les réseaux d'eau froide des commerces et points de restauration après compteur, - Les réseaux de sprinkler. - Les pompes de relevage et les armoires d'automatisme, - Le débouchage des appareillages sanitaires et des divers réseaux.
