Description

The Western Uusimaa Welfare Area (later also the Client) requests offers for the procurement of collection services. The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of the collection services of the Western Uusimaa Welfare Area. Procurement ensures the functioning of administration and the organisation of services. The Länsi-Uusimaa wellbeing services county sends 650,000 sales invoices a year, and there are 40 different types of invoices. The number of chapters is based on 2023 outturns. The number of items gives a size-class estimate of invoicing and receivable volumes. One (1) Service Provider and one (1) Replacement Service Provider will be selected for the procurement. The estimated value of the acquisition for four years is €600,000 (VAT 0%). A more detailed description of the content of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to the invitation to tender.
