Description

The subject-matter of the contract is a service consisting of the construction and filtering of three hydrogeological exploratory openings in the Barnówko-Mostno-Buszewo mining area.
In addition, the contractor will provide, inter alia:
— drilling device capable of using both right and left scrubber circuits with a possible transition to impact drilling during drilling of the aquifer or change of equipment without necessary downtime,
— export and disposal of waste, including maternal waste,
— scrubbing system,
— core apparatus,
— tubes and head,
— and other necessary materials and equipment as detailed in the ToR.
The Contractor will also be required to carry out a filtering process in a narrow range of granularity in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s requirements.
The detailed scope and description of the subject-matter of the contract, the method and conditions for its performance and the Contracting Authority’s requirements are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR (Technical Specifications) and in Annex 10 to the ToR (Model Contract), published on the Contracting Authority’s website www.przetargi.pgnig.pl.
The work will be carried out under the supervision of the contracting authority’s representative under the turnkey contract.
In carrying out the work, the contractor will be obliged to download cores in accordance with the drilling project. Core extraction may be carried out under artesian conditions and may include formations of fine and coniferous sands.
The required time limit for performance of the contract up to 5 months from the date of signature of the contract, no later than 30.12.2016.
Works are planned to start as soon as the contract is concluded.
The contract to be performed is governed by the Geological and Mining Law Act of 9 June 2011 (consolidated text (Journal of Laws 2015, item 196) together with the regulations implementing the above Act, and the Environmental Protection Act of 27.4.2001 (consolidated text: Of Laws 2013, item 1232 as amended) together with implementing acts, the Waste Act (Journal Of Laws 2013, item 21, as amended) of the Extractive Waste Act of 10 July 2008 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2013, item 1136)and Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
