In dem Projekt soll ein großer Teil der bisher bei der DB Kommunikationstechnik im Geschäftsbereich Medien und Kommunikation gelagerte Ware zu einem Logistikdienstleister verlagert werden. Die bisher in Eigenproduktion erbrachten Leistungen wie Lagerung, Kommissionierung und Vorbereitung zum Versand sollen ebenfalls durch den Logistikdienstleister durchgeführt werden.
