Description

Framework agreement for the performance of result-oriented and sustainable window cleaning services for the school, administrative and technical buildings of the Autonomous Municipal Authority for Urban Education Antwerp (AG SO). The services are carried out in accordance with a predetermined and mutually agreed work programme, to be discussed between the contractor and the managing official of AG SO. After the assignment has been awarded, the contractor is deemed to make all necessary preparations to be able to provide a smooth, efficient and high-quality service throughout the duration of this assignment, in consultation with the lead official. AG SO assumes a proactive and quality-oriented attitude on the part of the contractor. The contract covers different types of buildings, such as administrative, technical and school buildings. Other activities can also be housed in the buildings, such as (extra-curricular) childcare, cultural centre, administrative services ... The buildings are located on the territory of the city of Antwerp, with some buildings in Brasschaat, Borsbeek and Burcht. The addresses of the locations are listed in the attached detailed list of the different locations (see Annex F ‘Detail list of buildings AG SO’). See Chapter III. Technical provisions.
