Service chassis of SCANIA service trucks
The subject of the contract is the repair and maintenance of vehicles of the SCANIA brand in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 461/2010 by a repairer without or with the replacement of spare parts (original spare parts or approved spare parts by the contracting authority) for motor vehicles with a permissible laden mass exceeding 3500 kg of category N1, N2, N3, their servicing (warranty and post-warranty), within the meaning of the categorisation of vehicles pursuant to Act No 106/2018 on the operation of vehicles in road traffic and amending certain acts, as amended. Service services mainly concern service tasks prescribed by the manufacturer, replacement and maintenance of regularly worn parts, preparation of the vehicle fleet for technical inspection in order to successfully carry out technical and emission inspection. The detailed definition of the subject-matter of the contract, including technical requirements and specifications, is set out in Annex 1 to the Framework Contract for Works in Part B.2 of the Business Terms and Conditions for the Delivery of the Subject-matter of the Contract of Tender Documents.
