Description

Die Sequenzierung mit Hilfe des AVITI systems und der ABC Technologie ermöglicht es, durch Trennung der Synthese und Detektions-Schritte, gegenüber vergleichbaren Sequenzier-Technologien bedeutend günstigere und qualitativ bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Dies spiegelt sich in einer geringeren Fehlerrate, einem höheren Phred-Score und geringerer Anfälligkeit gegenüber GC-reicher Sequenzen wieder und bedeutet für die erzielten Ergebnisse eine wesentlich höhere Genauigkeit und Sicherheit. Dies führt folglich zu einer Senkung der Kosten für jedes einzelne Forschungsvorhaben und führt gleichzeitig zu schnelleren und genaueren Ergebnissen, denn zusätzliche Sequenzierungen und Validierungen sind nicht notwendig.
