Micro CNC Milling Machine HSM: This machine shall be capable; - to produce the annual requirement of 200 stamps / blanks made of K455 steel (DIN 1.2500) in the quality required by the EMK. The currently used blanks have a weight of about 30 g (of which up to 50 % is milled) and a diameter of 10 mm x 50 mm height. - to process highly complex 3D shapes with the highest possible precision and minimum tolerances. - Stamps/matrices with an external dimension of 0,5 mm × 0,5 mm to 1,6 mm × 2 mm intended to be machined. - to work with micro tools/milling. «Diameter 0.01 mm» Hardware / Software: - A complete and compatible IT solution is delivered with the machine.
