The subject of the contract is the extension of Oracle technical support services, including Software Update License & Support: new versions of the programmes; service updates; temporary programme corrections; new versions of the documentation and access to information on error corrections and temporary programme corrections via the My Oracle Support web system; assistance with duty requirements 24 hours x 7 days a week; access to My Oracle Support (24 x 7 online electronic technical services); the possibility to request the service via My Oracle Support; during working hours, the provision of non-technical customer services (e.g. administration of CSI numbers, help to set up requests in My Oracle Support) and on site support by database specialist seniors.
