OV 430-2024 Support performance Microsoft 365 (Phase II)
Note: Not all information for this procedure were successfully computed. Please consult linked documents for more details.
In spring 2024, F&W launched the successive introduction of Microsoft 365 (hereinafter MS365). The goal is to gradually implement the basic functions (Sharepoint, Outlook, Teams, Office Online) by mid-2025. To implement this project, a project group consisting of specialists from IT, the company, corporate communication and the human resources department was founded. In the first project phase, the previously used functions of HCL Notes will be successively replaced by the end of 2024 and an intranet will be set up in MS Sharepoint. The implementation of this first phase of the project is already being driven forward with external support, which will be covered until August 2024. The purpose of this contract is to continue to support the implementation process of MS365. In particular, the introduction of MS Teams and the further development of the intranet based on SharePoint (modern UI) for about 2,000 users are the main focus. In further phases, it is about the mapping of internal processes by Power Automate. In addition, the contract includes consulting and support services for the transformation of digital cooperation, the establishment of modern working methods and the development of measures to secure acceptance. Among other things, it is planned that very relevant workflows (3-4) will be developed using MS365 standards and integrated into the intranet, e.g. holiday notification and linking to SAP.
