1. The subject-matter of the contract is the refurbishment of S/V PLANETA for class renewal, together with the renovation of the docking stock.
2. The scope of the contract covers the renovation of the vessel S/V PLANETA in the field of preparation for class renewal, in accordance with the remarks below and the repair specifications for each lot.
3. All materials and spare parts needed for the renovation will be supplied by the Contractor. The costs of purchasing materials and parts shall be borne by the renovation contractor.
4. All acceptances, tests and technical tests necessary to confirm the proper performance of the contract shall be organised by the Contractor and carried out in the presence of a representative of the contracting authority and an inspector of the classification society.
5. During the refurbishment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to waive, in whole or in part, the work carried out (the work indicated (*) in the repair specifications) depending on the results of the measurements of material consumption and the findings of the classification supervisory representative and the contracting authority.
6. The transfer of the ship for repair will take place on the premises of the renovation contractor. The total cost of running the vessel at a distance exceeding 100 km from the Navigation Labelling Database in Świnoujście shall be borne by the Contractor for the renovation.
7. The renovation contractor undertakes to carry out all the works relating to the treatment of environmentally harmful waste.
8. The Contractor undertakes to provide all documentation in Polish such as: DTRs, operating instructions, diagrams, verification cards and attestations for newly installed equipment and components and whole systems.
Note:
The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The contractor may submit a tender for Part A or Part B, or for both lots.
