Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of high-methane natural gas type E (GZ-50) at a pressure of not less than 1.6 kPa, with parameters in accordance with the Energy Law, including the sale and distribution of gas to units subordinate to the KWP in Łódź for a period of 24 months, to a collection point through an existing connection, an entry point to the gas system - a gas reduction station located on the Contracting Authority’s plot. The Ordering Party informs that, as the Recipient, it is classified as a tariff group of the seller: part 1 (KPP Wieluń) - G-2, part 2 (KP Głowno)- SG-1, part 3 (PP Andrespol) - BW-3.6, part 4 (PP Hermanów) - W-3.6, part 5 (PP Boiling) - W-3.6. Pursuant to Art. 257 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it
