Description

Das südliche angeordnete unter Denkmalschutz stehende Hufeisenareal der ehemaligen Mozartschule erhält zukünftig 4 verschiedene Nutzungen: die Hochschule für Musik (HfM), die städtische Sing- und Musikschule (SuM9, einen städtischen Veranstaltungsbereich und das MOzartfestbüro einschl. Verwaltung. Folgende Maßnahmen werden ausgeführt:
- Anpassung, der seit den 1950er Jahren unveränderten Funktionsstruktur an die geänderten Bedingungen.
- Austausch der verbrauchten haustechnischen Anlagen auf zeitgemäße Anforderungen und rechtliche Bestimmungen.
- Anpassung an die veränderten gesetzlichen Grundlagen für den Brandschutz.
- Funktionale und haustechnische Aufteilung des Gesamtkomplexes in selbstständige Einheiten zur Absicherung eventueller späterer Fremdvermietung/ Besitzveränderungen.
- Erfüllung der Anforderungen an den Schallschutz und Raumakustik mit Blick auf die zukünftigen Nutzungen.
