Description

The Prime Minister’s Office (hereinafter the Client) will acquire a browser-based property register system for the use of the Prime Minister’s Office and, more broadly, the Government, which will enable the maintenance of the Government’s property management and inventory with the help of a single system and a directly related peripheral device. The starting point is to acquire a ready-made solution, which must be available as soon as possible, but no later than one month after the signing of the contract. The system requires versatile functional features and good usability. The system manages and deals with existing assets and groups of assets, their possible transfers, the acquisition of new assets and the depreciation of old ones. Based on the data entered in the system, it must be possible to show the exact location of each commodity (in the future, an object) at government sites with an accuracy of building/floor/space, and to break down the commodities by individual accuracy or mass by commodity group (total number of a given object type). The agreement is valid for a fixed term of three (3) years, after which it is valid until further notice, with the Customer's notice period being three (3) months and the Supplier's notice period being nine (9) months. The contract period is scheduled to start on 15 February 2025. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
