Description

The subject of this contract is engineering implementation, including design, supply of equipment, construction and implementation of an information system for control, collection, archive and visualization of technological information system (SCADA) in Stara Zagora, including stages and activities according to the technical specification, namely: Stage 1 – Audit of the status quo and preparation of a working draft including: 1. Examination of the existing state and available technical documentation; 2. Removing the logic of the existing information system; 3. Defining the cybersecurity concept of the new SCADA; 4. Preparation of a detailed design for the execution of the contract; Stage 2 – Supply of the necessary licenses, software, hardware and associated components, development software and the necessary hardware to maintain the system; Stage 3 – User software development and factory testing; Phase 4 – Installation and commissioning activities of the SCADA system, including: 1. Installation of all SCADA equipment; 2. Installation of the necessary RTUs and protocol converters, where necessary, integration of existing PLCs that are compatible with SCADA, dismantling of equipment used by the old WPS32 information system, which is decommissioned; 3. Carrying out functional tests and checking the operation of the system; Stage 5 – Training of the Employer’s staff for use (operational use), administration, configuration and maintenance of the system; Stage 6 – Preparation of operational documentation; Stage 7 – Warranty maintenance and warranty period, which include: 1. Warranty maintenance of the SCADA system; 2. Warranty period of the supplied technical equipment in connection with the execution of the contract. ​​​​​​​
