1. The subject of the contract is: a) management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and biodegradable waste from real estate in the Commune and the City of Witkowo, where: - residents, - there are holiday cottages or other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes (land plots in Gaj, Ostrowite Prymasowskie, Skorzęcin and Wiekowo), - there is a Recreation Centre in Skorzęcin. 1) The estimated amount of municipal waste to be managed from the area of the Commune and the City of Witkowo from 01.03.2025 to 31.12.2025: a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 in the amount of 3 111 Mg, b) biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 in the amount of 908 Mg, 2) The amounts of municipal waste indicated in point 1.1. are estimates that should be treated as indicative, as they may change according to the actual needs of the Waste Consignor. Part II of the contract 1. The subject of the contract is: a) management of waste collected separately from real estate in the Commune and the City of Witkowo, where: - residents, - there are holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes (holiday plots in Gaj, Ostrowite Prymasowskie, Skorzęcin and Wiekowo), (b) management of selectively collected municipal waste from the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in MaƂachowo-Wierzbiczany, (c) management of selectively collected municipal waste from areas intended for public use, (d) management of large-scale waste, tyres, rubble from the area of the Municipality and the City of Witkowo, (e) waste management from the area of the Skorzęcin Holiday Centre. 1) The estimated amount of municipal waste to be managed from the area of the Commune and the City of Witkowo from 01.03.2025 to 31.12.2025: a) bulky waste with code 20 03 07 in the amount of 146 Mg, b) used tyres with code 16 01 03 in the amount of 28 Mg, c) concrete waste and concrete debris from demolition and repairs with code 17 01 01 in the amount of 10 Mg, d) brick debris with code 17 01 02 in the amount of 10 Mg, e) clothing with code 20 01 10 in the amount of 10 Mg, f) textiles with code 20 01 11 in the amount of 10 Mg, g) paper and cardboard packaging with code 15 01 01 in the amount of 100 Mg, h) plastic packaging with code 15 01 02 in the amount of 7 Mg, i) mixed packaging waste with code 15 01 06 in the amount of 209 Mg, j) plastics with code 20 01 39 in the amount of 20 Mg, k) glass packaging with code 15 01 07 in the amount of 180 Mg. 2) The amounts of municipal waste indicated in point 1 are estimates that should be treated as indicative, as they may change according to the actual needs of the Waste Consignor.
