Description

The municipality of Zoetermeer wants to make purchasing agreements with childcare organizations with locations in Zoetermeer for children who have received a social or medical indication for childcare. We organise an interest survey for this via TenderNed. The tender documents contain further information on the requirements of the contract and the childcare organisations. You must show your interest no later than 4 April 2024 by means of a message via the message module or an e-mail to inkoop@zoetermeer.nl. Please indicate whether you are interested in the regular childcare places (lot 1), the childcare places with nurse support (lot 2) or both. When submitting your application, you should briefly explain how you meet the requirements of the tenderer and the contract. Based on the level of interest, it is determined which procurement procedure is followed. PLEASE NOTE: clicking on the button ‘keep me informed’ does not count as a notification The figures below give an indication of the expected total purchase, no rights can be derived from this. On average, this concerns 125 - 150 children who receive an indication annually, with the emphasis on the 0-4 year olds. In addition, some BSO children also use these places. For childcare places with nursing support (lot 2), it concerns 5-10 children per year. The size of the assignment now amounts to a maximum of € 750,000 per year. Part of the amount – i.e. € 675 000 – is available for regular childcare (Lot 1) and part of the amount – i.e. € 75 000 – is available for nursery places with nursing support (Lot 2). Due to the increased costs in recent years, there is a chance that the budget including 1-1-2025 will be increased to € 900,000, of which € 810,000 is intended for lot 1 and € 90,000 for lot 2. This will be announced in the course of 2024.
