Description

Rahmenvertrag zur Lieferung von umweltfreundlichem Drucker- und Kopierpapier von Juli bis Dezember 2025 mit mehrmaligen Verlängerungsoptionen von jeweils 6 Monaten (maximale Gesamtlaufzeit 48 Monate bis längstens Juni 2029). - Ausschließlich Recyclingpapier, mit unterschiedlichen Grammaturen und Farben. - Möglichst mit CO2-Kompensation der angefallenen Emissionen beim Herstellungsprozess. - Bestellung auf Abruf in unterschiedlichen Tranchen von insgesamt rund 15 Millionen Blatt, innerhalb von 6 Monaten. - Lieferung frei Verwendungsstelle, insgesamt rund 130 Standorte im Stadtkreis Freiburg. - Optional mit Preisanpassungsklausel. Der Rahmenvertrag wird mit einem Bieter geschlossen. Der Rahmenvertrag ist bei Ausnutzung aller Optionen bei einer Vertragshöchstlaufzeit von 48 Monaten auf maximal 200 Mio. Blatt gedeckelt.
