Structural design for the following measure: Energetic refurbishment indoor swimming pool Riesenbeck [Hörstel]
The city of Hörstel intends to award planning services for the energy-efficient renovation of the indoor swimming pool in Hörstel-Riesenbeck. The building stock dates back to 1965 and is therefore in operation for around 60 years. In the meantime, some repairs and refurbishments have been carried out. The swimming pool has a sporty-functional, but design and spatially high-quality, preserved quality in compact lightness of the 1960s. Through the energy and technical renovation, the indoor pool is to be brought up to the current state of the art and functional deficits as well as operational aspects are to be optimized. The character of the building should be preserved. Due to the far above-average service life of the indoor pool, the technical facilities in particular, but also structural parts of the building substance, are in urgent need of renovation. The refurbishment should include the following measures: energy renovation of the building envelope; refurbishment and modernisation of technical and bathing water installations, including the addition of a technical room; preservation of the combination basin (optimization by stainless steel lining); optimise operational aspects; address functional deficiencies; Improve barrier-free use. The project has received a grant decision (project funding) for the "Programme for rational use of energy, renewable energies and energy saving - progres.nrw - Programme area Energy-efficient public buildings". The project is due to be completed by the beginning of 2029. The costs (KG 300 - 500 and 700) of the measure are currently estimated at around EUR 6.0 million / net.
