Description

The purpose of this consultation is to carry out assistance missions by recruitment firms for the purposes of the European Metropole de Lille. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1: Assisting with the recruitment of directorate-general managers; Lot 2: Assisting in the recruitment of senior management and strategic posts. Each lot will lead to the award of a multi-contractor framework agreement to order forms and will be concluded with 4 contractors, subject to a sufficient number of compliant tenders. Each lot will be concluded for an initial period of four years from the date of its notification. For each lot, the submission of one variant per candidate is permitted provided that it also submits a tender that is strictly compliant with the contract documents (basic solution). Failing this, the tender containing the variant will be eliminated without having been analysed. In addition, if a higher number of variants is proposed, all variants will be eliminated.
