Description

the Project Management Mission will cover the study and follow-up of the rehabilitation works on Building B of the Claude Delorme University Residence in Marseille.The project consists of the rehabilitation of a residential building in R + 4 of 148 rooms which forms part of a group of 5 buildings, 2 of which have already been rehabilitated and 1 are being rehabilitated. In the long term, the rooms will be completely renovated with individual toilets and the creation of joint workrooms and collective kitchens. The project incorporates a complete overhaul of the existing loge on site. The project is located within the perimeter of a classified monument. The technical studies for heating and ecs production will be validated by an independent AMO commissioned by the Crous. Estimated amount of works: EUR 2 815 000,00 (EXCL. TAX).
