The subject of the contract is the restoration of the quality status of surgical tools, laparoscopic surgical tools and endoscopic tools owned by UCK WUM consisting in the regeneration and repair of tools and the replacement of tools that are not suitable for regeneration and repair with equivalent ones in terms of type and quality, broken down into 2 Parts: Part No 1 — Surgical tools Part No 2 — Laparoscopic surgical tools, endoscopic tools The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is provided in Annex 2 to the SWZ — Assortment and price form and Annexes No 2.1, 2.2 — Description of the subject-matter of the contract the scope of regeneration and repair of the tools.
