l'Accord-Cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents.Accord-cadre passé en vue de l'attribution ultérieure, après consultation, de marchés subséquents ayant pour objet l'exécution de travaux sur des chaussées amiantées du réseau routier de la Collectivité de Corse implanté en Haute-Corse.Les prestations correspondantes, qui comprennent des travaux d'entretien (réfection de la couche de roulement, reprofilage?), de restructuration (renforcement de la structure de la chaussée existante) et d'amélioration (réalisation d'ilots, d'aménagements de carrefour, pose de dispositifs d'assainissement pluvial longitudinaux et transversaux), seront réalisées dans les conditions dites " en sous-section 3 " ou " sous-section 4 " par le Code du Travail en référence aux prescriptions règlementaires du Code du Travail en matière de prévention du risque amiante
