Description

The subject of the public contract is the elaboration of project documentation for the building permit and for the construction of the construction, in order to build affordable and social housing in the village of Boršice, which consists in the reconstruction of the building of the former school at the address No. 190, 687 09 Boršice, where at least 10 housing units will be built, including the necessary facilities. It is a plot of Parc. no. st. 147 (building), k. ú. Boršice u Buchlovic [607983] and parc. no. 4584/8 for the construction of a car park for the purpose of an apartment building, k. ú. Boršice u Buchlovic [607983]. The number of parking spaces and their dimensions will be designed in accordance with the applicable relevant standards and other legal regulations for parking in apartment buildings. As part of the project preparation of the parking lot, due to its location on the slope, it is also envisaged to design a retaining wall for newly built parking spaces, including the related costs of static calculations and other necessary expert opinions. The estimated cost of construction is CZK 72 million, including VAT. Affordable social housing will be designed for target groups of social housing defined according to the ETHOS typology. The target groups can also include students, seniors or young families, for whom newly built apartments can serve as starting apartments. Some of the apartments (mainly on the ground floor) can serve older generations – the elderly. In addition, the planned apartments will be available to young families as starter apartments. Part of the apartments will also serve as social housing. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
