— water brush washer – a device designed to wash mushrooms in water vulture and rotary brushes, working width 500; pre-cleaning in an aqueous vignette, rotary brushes not less than 20; closed loop recirculation of water through a double rotary drum filter; last shower of clean water; stainless control panel,
— vacuum unit – an assembly of devices for structurally suction of mushrooms with aqueous solution; composition:

2. High-speed steam generator with a pressure of 11.76 bar (CPV code 45331110-0 – Installation of boilers):
A steam generator in a flow-through system, without accumulation of vapour in the tank with explosion protection. Circulation through a volumetric motor pump for modulation (adjustment) used for water administration, complete with a high temperature mechanical seal, dispersing water inside the pipes forming the heating surface of the generator. The generator shall have a three-stage exhaust flow with a fully screened (covered) combustion chamber. Insulation should be ensured by the high density of the mineral wool slab and of aluminium sheets. A whole based on a self-supporting structural steel frame.

— natural gas burner system ‘E’: A two-stage or modulated burner, e.g. RIELLO (or equivalent), fully automatic, with pressure combustion (pressure) and complete with flame control, safety and monitoring equipment. Gas path in accordance with the requirements of the burner manufacturer and applicable regulations,
— inox AISI 316L steel condensate reservoir of 1 500 litres capacity,

3. Technological steam and condensate installation line (CPV code 45332200-5 – Hydraulic works), consisting of the following:
— 12 bar steam pipe of 50 mm black steel tubes, thermally insulated, approximately in length 16 m,
— condensate pipe of stainless steel gat. AISI 304 dn 25 m, approximately in length 16 m,
— connection of pipelines to steam boilers and process equipment on the production line,
— connection of the condensate tank,
— the installation of a separator,
— supply and installation of a vapour pressure regulator (4-8 bar),
— construction and assembly of a separator on the steam installation, delivery and assembly of the necessary fittings: shut-off valves, filter, manometers, vent valve, safety valve,
— supply and installation of the necessary condensate fittings: shut-off valves, filters, flow indicators.
4. Self-supported refrigerating chamber (CPV code 425130005 – refrigerating and freezing equipment, 425132007 – refrigerating appliances, 425132904 – Industrial refrigerating appliances).
The subject of the contract covers the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the chamber.
The chamber will be used for chilling and storing an intermediate product from a production line packed in barrels, i.e. mushrooms 50 % + water 50 %.
Chilling from temperature. + 20 degrees C to + 2 degrees C 500 kg/1 hour.
— Chamber internal dimensions:
— width 5.5 m,
— length of 5.7 m,
— height of 2.80 m.
The temperature in the enclosure should be maintained between 0 degrees C and + 4 degrees C.
— Enclosure equipment:

— refrigerating appliance consisting of 2 independent systems,
— temperature monitoring system so that the temperature in the compartment can be recorded on an ongoing basis, and the possibility of alerting by SMS [emergency situations],
Condensing units located outside the room.
The refrigerating appliance shall be controlled by 1 controller performing the cooling and defrosting process automatically.
The cooling plant should be equipped with an overheating heat recovery system.
