Description

Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest zakup energii elektrycznej do obiektów wskazanych w załącznikach 1, 2 i 3 do SIWZ, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10.4.1997 r. Prawo energetyczne.
Gmina Biłgoraj jest uprawniona do przeprowadzenia postępowania przetargowego. Zamawiający przewiduje udzielenie niniejszego zamówienia z podziałem na części w rozumieniu art. 2 pkt. 6 pzp. Postępowanie zostało podzielone na części w celu uzyskania optymalnych korzyści finansowych.
Zamawiający działa w imieniu własnym oraz na podstawie podpisanego porozumienia, w imieniu:
1) Gminy Obsza,
2) Gminy Potok Górny,
3) Gminy Tereszpol,
4) Gminy Frampol,
5) Zakładu Gospodarki Komunalnej Potok Górny.
