Description

Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) requests an offer for cleaning services. The cleanliness service package to be procured includes maintenance and basic cleaning services for the common areas of Heka's residential buildings, as well as basic cleaning of Heka's own production sites as needed. A cleaning service is also ordered from the service provider during the absences of its own staff. Cleaning needs can be different lengths of time, from a few days to a longer-term need to buy a service. The cleaning service needs in Heka's own production are ordered on a need-based basis as an additional gig-based service. The services to be procured will be put out to tender as regional sub-assemblies. There are three regional sub-assemblies (3). The maintenance and basic cleaning services for the common areas of Heka's residential buildings are available in approximately 160 locations. In addition, there are about 90 sites in Heka's own production, where basic cleaning is purchased and cleaning services are purchased during the absences of the company's own personnel. The starting dates of the service for the sites/areas differ from each other. The call for tenders is divided into three (3) sections (Area 1: Roihuvuori, Area 2: Ore, Pihlajisto, Suutarila and Jakomäki and Area 3: Malminkartano, Kannelmäki, Haaga and Maunula.
