Description

Details of the tasks entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specifications. The services are paid for at fixed prices. This project management contract covers three distinct but complementary aspects in terms of the sealing of the site: Strand A - modification of the leachate basin: - Notify the Dreal - Installation of a lift on the leachate basin (safety to avoid overflowing into the natural environment in the event of bad weather) - DOE Component B - Closure of locker 5 and related facilities: - Closure and final cover of the dome of locker 5 in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the PA (Prefectural Order) of the site - Creation of a biogas collection and recovery network on locker 5 and connection to the existing network - Installation of anti-erosion coconut cloths on the slopes of lockers 5 and 4 to ensure the maintenance of the slopes Component C - Rehabilitation of lockers 1, 2 and 3: - Installation of surface sealing on pots 1, 2 and 3 - Rehabilitation of the existing biogas network of pots 1, 2 and 3 - Rehabilitation of existing rainwater collection ditches - Modelling of the domes with input and installation of a 1 metre layer of soil - Installation of an anti-erosion coconut cloth on the slopes of pots 2 and 3 (if necessary) The project management team will at least be a multidisciplinary BET with the necessary skills to carry out the missions in this field. The estimated total cost of the works is EUR 3 800 000.00 excluding tax broken down as follows: Component A: EUR 300 000 HT Strand B: 800 000 euro(s) HT Strand C: 2 700 000 euro(s) excluding tax
