The subject of the contract are successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of dressing materials and coverings (hereinafter referred to as goods) of the type and in the quantities specified in the price form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, on the terms set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.
