Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy przez Wykonawcę do Zamawiającego dostawy materiałów opatrunkowych i obłożeń (zwanego dalej towarem) w rodzaju i w ilościach podanych w formularzu cenowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, na zasadach określonych w Załączniku nr 4 do SWZ. Zamawiający informuje, iż w przedmiotowym postępowaniu prowadzonym w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego przewiduje możliwość zastosowania procedury, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy p.z.p. Zamawiający przy zastosowaniu wymienionej procedury najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona w zakresie braku podstaw do wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu.
