1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a vacuum blood and urine collection system for UCK in the assortment and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the RVU. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the offered assortment meets the requirements for medical devices contained in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e. OJ Journal of Laws 2024, item 1620, as amended) and in implementing acts issued on the basis of this Act. 3. Medical devices referred to in para. 1 The Contractor shall be obliged to deliver at his own expense to the Medical Supplies Department, ul. Smoluchowski 17. 5. The delivery of medical devices from this order will be carried out on the basis of partial orders. The maximum delivery time is 6 working days from the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party. 6. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted.
