Belgium-Brussels: Installation services of electrical and mechanical equipment
SNCB decided to build a new carwash, replacing the old one, with a better location in the beams. Other installations, necessary for the maintenance of rolling stock, will also be provided. Courtrai will also have, apart from carwash, a inspection pit with Panto platform, a toilet discharge installation and a new high-voltage booth to supply all these installations.
In order to obtain these installations, the following work must be carried out in 1 lots:
— Civil engineering: inspection pit, including the installation of a Panto platform and a washing ramp for the carwash installation. The production and delivery of the Panto platform is carried out by SNCB. The equipment of the carwash installation is not part of that undertaking.
— Utility building: Closed carcass work to house the carwash and toilet discharge installation and the installation and (electrical) equipment of the high voltage booth.
— Hydraulic: water flow from the inspection pit, the carwash and the toilet drainage installation with their connection to the drainage network
— Construction works: work on the bed of the track line
— Track works: placing of rails, only on the inspection pit over a length of 350 m
— Road works: installation of an access path to the utility building, as well as the installation of service lanes on the interhighway, including the ducts.
